As a senior facility services boiler technician, you will perform or direct maintenance and repairs related to boiler plant operations, water chemistry, and steam production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and conduct cost computations
* Manage inventory levels and recommend necessary purchases
* Assist in the development and implementation of boiler equipment maintenance programs
* Assign tasks, oversee contractors, and train junior technicians
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed
* Coordinate preparations for state boiler inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Provide support to plant operations as required
