The role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and organisational support to our General Managers across the Customer & Data division. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly - managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting internal processes, and helping the leadership team stay focused and effective. This is a fast-paced, diverse role that requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
What You'll Do
* Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to General Managers
* Manage complex diaries, emails, travel arrangements, and agendas
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and site visits across multiple office locations
* Prepare reports, presentations, and HR/IT documentation
* Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
* Liaise with other departments and internal & external recruitment partners
* Support leave tracking, mandatory training compliance, and expense processing
* Assist with divisional programs including Service Recognition and team events
* Champion confidentiality, compliance, and risk awareness across the division
* Provide backup support to other PAs and the Executive Assistant as needed
What Experience You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a high-level administrative or PA role, ideally supporting senior leadership
* Exceptional diary management, coordination, and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
* Confidence in managing small events and preparing professional presentations
* A proactive mindset and comfort working independently or within a team
* Flexibility to support a fast-moving, evolving divisions
