The Opportunity:
Role: Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor
Having conducted objective, accurate and comprehensive assessment of insurance claims, work with the Claims Coordinator and trades to drive the end-to-end repair process, ensuring optimal customer experience and quality outcomes, compliance with relevant WHS, building standards and WWC processes and procedures. Ensure proactive communication and coordination with stakeholders, maximising financial outcomes, expediting the invoicing cycle, and ensuring adherence to White Wolf Construction and insurance partner KPIs.
Reporting To: Estimating and Supervising Manager and Estimating and Supervising Leads
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct accurate, comprehensive and impartial assessments and prepare reports scopes of work and quotes in accordance with industry and White Wolf Constructions standard.
* Manage the end-to-end repair process following comprehensive and accurate assessment of insurance claims.
* Work closely with the Claims Coordinator and trade partners to plan, schedule and deliver quality and timely repair works.
* Ensure all repairs meet relevant WHS requirements, building standards and White Wolf Constructions processes and procedures.
* Maintain proactive, timely communication with all stakeholders, including insurers, insured parties and trade partners.
* Support the desktop Estimator/Supervisor team, as required, by providing additional desktop capacity in response to increased demand, including Make Safe reviews and invoicing, or site attendances and supervisory support where required.
* Drive a proactive, positive and consistent customer experience throughout the repair lifecycle.
* Monitor job progress, address issues promptly and ensure quality outcomes.
* Manage financial performance through accurate scopes, variation control and cost oversight.
* Expedite the invoicing cycle by ensuring documentation, approvals and work orders are completed accurately and on time.
* Achieve and maintain White Wolf Construction and insurance partner KPIs, including timeframes, quality metrics and communication standards.

What is Essential:
* Trade qualified (preferred)
* Insurance building industry experience is highly regarded
* Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred)
* Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner of new systems
* Keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work
