We're seeking an organised, creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support and deliver marketing and communication activities across Multicap Tasmania.
This role suits someone who enjoys getting things done, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and bringing clarity and consistency to marketing outputs, while also having an eye on the bigger picture.

We are a leading not-for-profit organisation experiencing significant growth, with expanding services and exciting plans for the future. Marketing and communications play a key role in telling our story, strengthening connections, and supporting service delivery across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver marketing and communications activities across multiple channels
* Design and produce marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Premiere Pro
* Support internal stakeholders with marketing advice and content development
* Manage timelines, approvals, and distribution of marketing materials
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications
* Assist with campaigns, events, and organisational initiatives
* Monitor and report on marketing activity and outcomes
What we're looking for
* Experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro) to create professional marketing materials
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience contributing to marketing plans and strategy
* An interest in aligning marketing activity with organisational objectives
* Experience using insights or data to inform marketing decisions
Location
This role will be based at one of our offices in Burnie, Launceston, or Hobart. Location can be negotiated.
