About the Position.
As a Foreman you will initially be placed on a high profile Government project valued $40M + and work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of this project. You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.
Duties.
* Manage Sub-contractors and Tradesmen
* Aid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flow
* Oversee onsite safety requirements
* Structures and finishes
Skills & experience.
* Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesively
* Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors
* Demonstrated project experience above $10M
