The Opportunity
This is a high-autonomy, territory-ownership role suited to someone who has operated at a senior level within sales, account management or business development. You will take full commercial responsibility for WA, managing key customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities across the agribusiness sector. Expect to be on the road 70%+ of the time – this is a relationship-driven, face-to-face role.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the sales strategy for WA
* Grow revenue through both new business development and strategic account management
* Build deep, long-term relationships with key decision‐makers
* Act as a trusted commercial advisor, understanding customer operations and packaging requirements
* Manage the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification through to execution and ongoing account growth
* Build and maintain a strong, forward‐looking pipeline
* Collaborate closely with supply chain, artwork and production teams to deliver on customer expectations
What We're Looking For
This role will suit someone who brings experience, credibility and commercial judgement including:
* A proven track record in account management and business development
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management and business development
* Senior‐level experience within sales or commercial management (agribusiness, packaging, industrial or related sectors preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and long sales cycles
* Strong business acumen with the confidence to engage at management and ownership level
* High personal accountability, resilience and self‐motivation
* Excellent relationship‐building, communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline
* Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM / ERP systems)
