They have a strategy to invest further in NPD whilst looking at acquisition opportunities that enhance their portfolio. Attracting great people that want to make an impact as well as making a difference is a key part of the strategy and as a result they would love a National Business Manager to join them and own the Coles accounts.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager this will be a key role in the business driving profitable growth across Coles. It is a great opportunity for a National Account Manager to take the next step up in their career. Key responsibilities include:
* Drive growth through NPD and strategic business plans
* Lead and manage the delivery of critical processes including range reviews, category reviews and joint category plans
* Manage the smart use of trade spend to maximise results
* Work closely with your internal operations, marketing and account teams
* Utilise data and analytics to generate category insights and accurate forecasting
* Drive a team centric, results driven culture
Your Background
* Strong experience as a National Business Manager within an FMCG environment, Coles or Woolworths experience is essential
* Track record of growth and innovation
* Excellent relationship and influencing ability
* Ability to work with complex financial and economic data
* Able to grasp new concepts easily and can hit the ground running
