About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Commercials and the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in elevating the brand presence and commercial performance of Pan Pacific Perth.
Reporting to the Director of Commercials and Marketing & Communications Manager, in this role you will:
* Drive marketing initiatives across digital, social media, PR, and brand campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement
* Manage updates, deliver strategic EDMs, and support hotel-wide campaigns across Rooms, F&B and events
* Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Creator to ensure all content, imagery and collateral align with brand standards
* Lead local partnerships, media relations and promotional opportunities to strengthen market positioning
* Prepare monthly reports, analyse campaign performance and support commercial teams with targeted marketing strategies
About You
* You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Hospitality, with 2-4 years of experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands
* You bring strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR and multi-channel campaign execution
* You are creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
* You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively with media, influencers, partners and internal stakeholders
* You are analytical, adaptable and collaborative, able to translate insights into impactful marketing actions
