Your new role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing appointment bookings and patient records
* Handling phone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
* Processing billing and payments
* Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role within a medical or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A compassionate and patient-focused approach
This role requires a Category B immunisation history.
