This exciting role involves leading the technical implementation of site collections, metadata frameworks, automated workflows, and tenancy-level governance in our Microsoft Program.
\
You will design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, metadata structures, and governance frameworks. You will work with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and tenancy-level security configurations to ensure compliance and security.
\

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, metadata structures, and governance frameworks.
\
2. Work with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and tenancy-level security configurations to ensure compliance and security.
\
3. Lead data migration projects using tools like Sharegate or Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements.
\
4. Configure Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build automated document flows and approval processes that streamline business operations.
\
5. Implement retention and disposition policies, ensuring alignment with PROV standards.
\
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, embracing agile ways of working and a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
\
7. Provide expert guidance and support to the team on SharePoint-related matters.
\
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint and related technologies.
\
9. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the team.
\
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
\
11. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
\
12. Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
\
13. Participate in regular meetings and communication with the team and stakeholders.
