Inland Petroleum is an independent fuel and lubricants distributor proudly supporting customers across western and northwestern NSW. With a strong customer‐centric focus, they continue to expand services across regional and rural communities. Based in Dubbo, this full‐time permanent role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day‐to‐day IT operations, support internal staff, and contribute to key technology projects.
What you'll be doing
* Provide IT support to internal users, resolving technical issues promptly
* Administer and maintain Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and server performance
* Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
* Set up and configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices
* Maintain IT asset inventories and software licence management
* Manage mobility and telecommunications systems
* Coordinate IT procurement across hardware, software, and vendor relationships
* Assist in IT security, policy compliance, and risk assessments
* Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades alongside the IT Manager
What we're looking for
* Tertiary or vocational qualification in ICT or related field
* 3+ years' experience in IT support/administration
* Strong knowledge of AD, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals
* Experience with on‐prem server infrastructure and database environments
* Familiarity with mobility/telephone systems and device management
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder‐support skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
* Understanding of IT security best practice and compliance requirements
* Experience with help desk/ticketing systems is an advantage
