About Our Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity that involves ensuring tenancy agreements, supporting documents, and property condition reports are in place for all North West HHS housing.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of tenancy agreements, supporting documents, and property condition reports
* Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to housing
About the Job
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They will also have a C Class Motor Vehicle Licence, undergo pre-employment screening, including a Criminal History check, provide evidence of vaccination or immunity to certain diseases, and complete a period of probation.
