With experience in business banking, you know your way around credit submissions, business loan applications and negotiating with customers. You're confident cross-selling banking products and have a solid understanding of the commercial market and competitor offerings.Your selling and negotiation skills are top-notch and you're comfortable analysing complex financial statements. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with excellent organisational and time management skills. Communication is your superpower—whether it's written or spoken—and you're always ready to build strong referral networks.A degree in a business-related discipline is a plus, but your experience and drive matter most.
