Mental Health Clinician Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate mental health professional to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults experiencing mental health challenges in our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Portland.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments, develop individualised recovery and treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions. You will also engage with families, carers, and community agencies to support consumer recovery, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and legislative standards.
* Tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work is essential for this role.
* AHPRA registration or relevant professional association membership is required.
* RPN3 level experience is necessary.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
