Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project administration, managing schedules, and ensuring deliverables are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Submission of project time sheets and managing employee travel logistics.
Handling project logistics, timelines, and documentation.
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Managing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and accounts documentation.
Coordinating vehicle and job pre-start forms, SWMS/JSA management, and toolbox meeting records.
General administrative support to ensure project efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
