Overnight Operations Lead
The Overnight Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of overnight hotel activities. This position is responsible for overseeing the front desk, porters, cleaners, kitchen, and security teams to provide exceptional guest experiences throughout the night shift.
This includes managing guest arrivals and departures, responding to requests, and maintaining high standards of security, fire safety, and emergency preparedness. The Overnight Operations Lead will also be responsible for completing accurate night audits and financial reporting, as well as communicating with day-shift teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
In addition, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments. A valid driver's license and manual driving experience are highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the night shift team to deliver exceptional guest service
* Manage guest arrivals, departures, and requests efficiently
* Maintain high standards of security, fire safety, and emergency preparedness
* Complete accurate night audits and financial reporting
* Communicate with day-shift teams and other departments
* Resolve guest complaints and incidents promptly
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements:
* Positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
* Previous experience managing overnight or night shift teams in hospitality or similar industry
* Excellent grooming and professional presentation
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest service, especially during overnight operations
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in fast-paced environments
* Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
