Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site assistance for our clients.
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, with travel opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
You will work closely with our team to install equipment, train users, and resolve technical issues.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM support, mechatronics, CNC, or dental manufacturing
* Familiarity with CAD-CAM software like exocad, Blender or 3Shape
* A background in dental labs or as a Dental Technician (bonus)
* Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
* A current driver's licence and Australian work rights
