Job Description
Our Assistant Store Managers play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to customers. This involves providing leadership and guidance to store teams, promoting a customer-centric culture, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
* Establish and promote a strong customer-focused culture within the store.
* Assist in developing and executing plans to meet business objectives and exceed expectations.
* Recruit, develop, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet internal and external performance targets.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, oversee CSR activities, including transaction processing, cash handling procedures, and maintenance of a secure store environment.
* Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage schedules, cash flow, and store audits.
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and training initiatives.

Requirements
* Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
* Proficient in English, with bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) being a plus.
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
