What Your Day Will Look Like
You'll provide advanced clinical support across the unit—conducting comprehensive assessments, coordinating care for patients with complex needs, and using evidence-based practice to guide decision-making.
Your role will see you mentoring and leading colleagues, contributing to education and capability building, and managing your quality portfolio to ensure alignment with NSQHS Standards.
You'll collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager on service coordination, resource management and positive culture-building, while engaging in continuous improvement, risk mitigation and clinical governance activities.
