About the role
This is a full-time role based at TURSA's Management Centre in Tweed Heads, supporting TURSA's mission to empower people through employment.
The Marketing Officer – Participant & Employer Experience supports the coordination of participant and employer engagement, communication and feedback activities across TURSA services.
This role focuses on experience, engagement and feedback coordination, supporting positive service interactions and continuous improvement. The role operates within approved systems and organisational guidelines and does not hold strategic marketing accountability.
This position is well suited to an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys coordinating engagement activities, gathering feedback, supporting service quality and working collaboratively across teams.
Some travel across TURSA locations and events, including occasional overnight stays, may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate participant and employer engagement activities
* Prepare engagement communications and success stories
* Support feedback, reviews and survey activity
* Assist with engagement reporting and insights
* Work collaboratively to support a consistent service experience
Some travel within TURSA's service delivery footprint, from Forster (NSW) to Noosaville (QLD), including occasional overnight stays, may be required.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a collaborative and detail-focused individual who enjoys working with people and supporting engagement and experience-based activities.
You will bring:
* Experience or demonstrated capability in marketing, communications, engagement, customer experience, events or a related coordination or administrative role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work within established systems, guidelines and processes
* Confidence using Office 365 and digital platforms, including feedback or survey tools
