We transport everything from scooters and trail bikes to race bikes and collector showpieces. With a reputation for reliability, care, and excellent customer service, we’re expanding our team to keep up with growing demand.
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused person to join our team in a Sales / Customer Service role. You’ll be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, handling bookings, quotes, and payments in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide quotes & transport information
- Respond to emails and allocate or action as required
- Create and send customer quotes via email and SMS
- Follow up missed calls and customer enquiries
- Enter bookings into the system and process payments
- Call and finalise unpaid bookings
About You
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or admin
- Excellent phone manner and written communication
- Confident using booking or CRM systems
- Reliable, organised, and great with follow-up
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Interest in motorcycles is a bonus (not essential)
