**About the Role**:
We're looking for a vibrant, fun and detail oriented person to join our creative team as a Creative Resource Coordinator. Someone who's a little different, has some spark and is able to learn (and laugh) on the job. You need to be thoughtful, confident and have a great memory with an eye for detail. We don't mind if you don't have an agency background And if that sounds like you, then we'd love to meet you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Central point of contact for job status within the Creative Department
- Allocate briefs to teams and designers
- Maintain creative scheduling and bookings
- Maintain agency process
- Attend team work in progress meetings
- Attend any other team meetings as requested by management
