Formee Express is a world class development, an exciting online platform that provides an end-to-end experience to the international university application process.
We are currently headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with offices also in Malaysia, India, Canada, China, Philippines, US, and UK. We are looking to expand to other parts of the world as we believe education is for everyone and should be accessible no matter where you are in the world.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Formee Holdings is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to contribute to the social media and digital marketing activities of the business focused to Chinese market. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in managing Chinese social media platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin, understands Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin etc.), has hands-on graphic design skills, and is results-driven in lead generation and digital marketing.
You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams worldwide to build visibility and trust among prospective students and education partners in China.
ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
* Video production and editing: You'll get to be creative and work hands on with content shoots here in Australia.
* Create content ideas for the social media presence of Formee Express on different platforms. Experience and autonomy with all platforms include but is not limited to:
WeChat
TikTok (aka Douyin)
Little Red Book
* General maintenance and interaction on these platforms with our audience who comments and shares our content.
* Working with a broader design team to collaborate on visual content deliverables.
* Collaboration writing tailored copy with a clear focus on the strategy, and messaging at each respective stage of the campaigns.
* Create, optimize and present, clear and detailed monthly reports on performance which will drive performance and growth across SEM and social platforms.
* Localize marketing materials and messaging for the Chinese market
* Track performance of campaigns and optimize for lead conversion
* Collaborate with global marketing and student support teams
* Stay updated on trends in Chinese student recruitment and digital marketing
* Ad hoc marketing responsibilities as required.
ABOUT YOU
* 2-3 years of experience
in marketing, lead generation, or social media, preferably in the education or international student sector
* Strong knowledge of
Chinese digital platforms
and marketing tools
* Fluent in Mandarin
(written and spoken) and
proficient in English
* Proficient in
graphic design tools
(e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience working in a multicultural or global environment is a plus
* Based in Australia with
