Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our internal audit strategy and practice management. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with our organizational goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing annual audit plans to ensure timely and efficient audits.

* Providing guidance and support to audit teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
* Monitoring and reporting on internal audit function performance, including key metrics and trends specific to the banking industry.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA are highly valued.
* A minimum of 15 years' experience in internal audit, risk management, or a similar function, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
* A strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, tools, and best practices specific to the banking sector.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence at all levels.
