This is your prospect to contribute to a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and customer service excellence. Your new role As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality customer service.
You'll support Corporate Services staff and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in your community. Key responsibilities
Deliver prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable responses to customer enquiries and complaints Provide cashier, telephone, and reception services with professionalism and accuracy Refer customers effectively to relevant staff and liaise across departments.
Operate and promote the customer service request system (CRM), ensuring accurate data entry and request assessment Perform receipting and end-of-day reconciliations in line with documented procedures Assist customers with application and registration forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Provide administrative support across various teams as directed by the Coordinator Customer Service Handle cemetery enquiries with sensitivity and manage plaque orders and tracking Maintain and update the internal customer information database, reporting any process concerns
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in customer service or office administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High attention to detail and organisational skills Competence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
