The opportunity
We are looking for highly organised and detail-oriented part time Administration Assistant to join the People & Culture team!
Reporting to the People Process & Talent Manager, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to the recruitment and business partnering teams.
You'll help ensure onboarding documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently so new employees and students can start their journey with MCRI smoothly.

What you'll do
* Coordinate and finalise onboarding documentation for new staff and students
* Cross-check paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy
* Support new starters with completing onboarding documentation
* Work closely with Payroll to ensure onboarding information is processed correctly
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
* Review and file Working with Children Checks and Police Checks
* Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up where required
* Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed
What you'll bring
* Previous administrative experience (ideally within HR or People & Culture)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence handling confidential information with discretion
