As such, they are now seeking an ambitious Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Team in delivering current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney division. ABOUT THE POSITION As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the design stages through to completion. These projects range up to $10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard. DUTIES Handle all contractual variations or issues with diligence Maintain project documents and assets Monitor/track financial status Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast financial goals Prepare the documentation required for the procurement of subcontractors, including tenders, pricing, and the scope of work tender Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE This company boasts a culture that promotes collaboration, inclusion, fairness, and recognition.
