In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of operational HR functions across the organization. This includes working with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of HR practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc workforce reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel and Human Resource systems.

* Develop, maintain and regularly update databases and registers related to the organization, including full-time equivalent (FTE) and contractor figures.
">
* Quality check documents, forms and information relating to human resource management activities.
">
* Support best-practice establishment management including maintaining accurate human resource management information systems and recordkeeping practices.
">
* Establish and foster collaborative working relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders as appropriate.
">
* Contribute to the development of reports and briefing notes regarding workforce initiatives.
