About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and experienced landscape maintenance professional to join our dynamic and fun team on the southern Gold Coast.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights, including work visa holders.
A few musts:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
* Australian Driver's licence
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
* Good communication skills
* Friendly and able to develop good rapport with clients and our team
* Fit, reliable, and willing to work in all weather conditions
* Honest, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
* Experience managing small teams of 1-2 people ( Not essential )
