Role: Production Team Member (machine operator, syrup room operator or forklift driver)

Your responsibilities will include:
Operate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.
Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Record production data: Accurately log production metrics, machine performance, and any incidents or issues during shifts for traceability and process improvement.
Follow Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:
Safety First Mindset, a disciplined attitude to work safely in your work environment
A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Previous manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not required
Australian work rights – permanent resident or Australian citizen
