Overview
We're looking for a Beauty Therapist to join the team at Laser Clinics Wetherill Park.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor‐made solutions.
* Collaborate with passionate professionals and support the team's growth.
* Uphold the clinic's values of Passion, Care, and Determination.
* Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence‐boosting treatments.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs and deliver superior customer service.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty (e.g., CertIV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science).
* For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or actively working towards one.
* Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential; comprehensive training is provided.
* Strong punctuality, organisation and supportive attitude, celebrating team wins.
