We have exciting opportunities for experienced Poly Welders across major projects across WA including FMG, BHP, Rio Tinto, Goldfields and Perth metro sites. Multiple positions, Top Rates, Flexible Start and Temp to Perm.

$60–$70+ p/hr depending on experience + Weekly Pay
2:1 FIFO rosters across major WA projects
Long-term work with reputable contractors (Temp to Perm)
About the role
You e20ll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of HDPE pipelines and dewatering infrastructure across remote FIFO construction sites.
Operate various poly welding machines 2 es – Dixons, McElroys, Ritmos (up to 900mm)
Install HDPE pipelines, fittings, valves, Ts, bends, and reducers
Perform tie-in welds and complete complex welds under pressure
Competent in use of extrusion welding
Set up, calibrate, and record weld parameters to QA standards
Interpret drawings, work independently, and complete safety paperwork
Experience with bore installs and dewatering (desirable)
Conduct inspections and complete quality/safety paperwork
Skills & Experience
HDPE Electro & Butt Welding Ticket - 3+ years a0e experience as a poly welder
Nationally accredited Mobile Plant Tickets and Experience (desirable)
Experience across dewatering and pipeline projects
Proficient with machines such as McElroy, Dixon, Ritmo from 500mm-900mm
Sound understanding of HDPE installation standards and QA compliance
FMG, Rio Tinto, or Roy Hill inductions highly regarded
