The primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience for our customers by ensuring zero damage to property. To achieve this, you will conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean internally and externally, and manage difficult customer situations effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as friendly and courteous interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently when required and adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
