About the Role:
As a Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Aceacqa approved Diploma qualification in Children's Services
* An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Proven educator experience within an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current Working with Children Check
