As a leader in our team, you'll inspire and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations.
You'll manage a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coaching, mentoring, and growing your teams to be their best
* Managing store operations and performance with accountability, including qualitative performance indicators (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction)
* Driving sales through strong leadership and goal setting
* Building a positive, respectful team culture
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
You'll work closely with our retail concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers -company phone, laptop and parking space provided
- Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best
- Manage store operations & performance with accountability including qualitative performance indicators (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction)
- Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting
- Build a positive, respectful team culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
