We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operators (Dozer, Excavator, Grader, Scraper & Truck) for works based at our Myara project. This is a Permanent Full time opportunity that would be well suited to someone local to the Peel area. Working in our operations and/or rehabilitation teams, this role would report to our Production Supervisors
About You
- 3+ Years experience in a similar role (mine site rehabilitation or production experience).
- Experience operating at least one (1) of the following:
- 777 & 785 CAT Trucks
- D9 – D11 CAT Dozers
- 637 & 657 CAT Scrapers
- 330, 336,1250,1900 & 2500 CAT, Hitachi & Komatsu Excavators
- 16H, 16M & 24H CAT Graders
- Relevant Machine Operator Tickets and/or VOCs
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Hold a valid White Card
- Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen
Responsibilities
- Operating Mobile Plant Equipment in an efficient manner, maximising productivity, without compromising on safety
- Complete required prestart checks on machinery
- Maintaining a high quality of work
- Work well within a team environment
