About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding people at the start of their careers while also bringing strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the early careers experience, ensuring a best-in-class standard.
* Support program participants with coaching and care that builds confidence, capability, and wellbeing at the start of their careers.
* Partner with stakeholders across the business, as well as external partners, to build lasting relationships and opportunities.
* Work closely with managers, mentors, and program coaches to ensure participants have meaningful learning and development experiences.
* Promote the program and showcase its impact, attracting high-quality early career talent into the business.
About You
You're passionate about shaping early career pathways and bring both the people skills to inspire and support emerging talent, and the Human Resource expertise to manage activities from recruitment through to development and evaluation.
Requirements
* A genuine passion for early careers and the confidence to champion the program across the business.
* A degree in Human Resource Management (or similar) or equivalent experience.
* Strong project management skills—comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation and with external partners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and inspire.
