Macquarie Towns Specialist Centre is a busy, purpose-built specialist medical centre in the heart of the Hawkesbury region (Richmond NSW). We service the wider Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, and surrounding rural/remote communities — and we are currently overflowing with dermatology referrals.
We have only very limited existing dermatology sessions, and patient demand far exceeds supply. This is a genuine urgent need for a consultant dermatologist to help clear the backlog and see private patients quickly.
What we offer
* 80% of gross billings (higher than the usual 65–75% in most practices — offered because of the extreme demand in this underserved area)
* Realistic daily earnings: $3,000 – $7,000+ per full day (based on a full day clinic, standard private fees, procedures extra, depending on hours consulting)
* Full administrative support: booking, billing, Medicare processing, patient throughput
* Modern, fully equipped consulting suites
* On-site DHM Pathology (with free consultant supplies)
* On-site parking + accessible building
* Wheelchair-friendly, conveniently located next to Richmond train station and bus stops
* Still considered Sydney metro (quick access from Parramatta, Blacktown, Hills District, Nepean)
Session flexibility
We can accommodate full-day, half-day, weekly, fortnightly, or even once-every-6-weeks clinics — whatever suits you. 9 am – 5 pm sessions with efficient patient flow.
Requirements
* FRACP / FACD qualified consultant dermatologist
* Current ABN and professional indemnity insurance
* Medicare provider number (we can assist with location linking if needed)
This is a genuine contractor arrangement (Medical Services Agreement) — no employment relationship.
