The Role This position is part of the Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network's Adolescent Court Liaison Service. The main focus is to provide specialised mental health court diversion and consultation liaison services to Children's Courts and CAMHS in NSW. The role involves collaboration with the broader Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Team and external stakeholders such as Youth Justice, Court users, CAMHS, and community Drug and Alcohol Services.
Essential Requirements Clinical Nurse Consultant: Current unrestricted Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, practicing in accordance with professional standards. Social Worker: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in social work, with membership or eligibility for membership with AASW. Occupational Therapist: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in occupational therapy and registration with Ahpra. Psychologist: Accredited undergraduate study in psychology, registration with Ahpra, and preferably approval or eligibility as a Psychology Board Supervisor. Clinical Psychologist: Six-year accredited master's or higher in clinical/forensic psychology, registration, and endorsement in the relevant area. Experience: At least 5 years in Mental Health, including Child and Adolescent or Early Psychosis experience. Salary and Benefits Additional allowances and salary packaging options.
