We're a leading specialist in mobile phone repairs, laptop repairs, and iPad/tablet repairs, and we stock all the accessories our customers need to keep their tech running smoothly.
With our successful stores at Westfield Kotara and Marketown, and two exciting new locations opening soon in Newcastle at The Junction and Glendale Shopping Centre, we're expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us.
We're seeking a Tech Repair Technician & Sales Specialist with at least basic repair skills for iPhones and Samsungs (think LCDs, batteries, and charging ports) and a solid grasp of computer basics. If you've got customer service experience and can handle stocktake and inventory like a pro, even better!

Responsibilities Include:
* Welcome customers with a confident, professional, and friendly attitude
* Diagnose and resolve issues with broken devices efficiently
* Perform basic repairs on mobile phones and other devices
* Keep our stock inventory organised and well managed
* Offer expert advice and recommend accessories that meet customer needs
* Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task you tackle
Skills and Experience:
* Basic repair know-how for iPhones and Samsungs (LCDs, batteries, charging ports)
* General computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
* At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not a dealbreaker)
* Sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
* Outstanding communication skills and a talent for connecting with people
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new repair skills
