About Aura, Findon
Aura is Eldercare's premier luxury retirement resort, offering residents a life of leisure, comfort and convenience in a high‐end environment. As a Concierge you will play a vital role in ensuring that Aura's residents enjoy not only the facilities and services available but also the reassurance of safety and attentive care – especially after hours.
About the Role
As a night Concierge at Aura, you will be the welcoming face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth operation, security and comfort of our community.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
* Monitor security via cameras and routine site walks.
* Act as first point of call for all after‐hours resident enquiries and emergency vehicles arriving on site.
* Assist with key card issues and access concerns.
* Maintain cleanliness of the concierge area, vehicles and communal spaces, including floors, windows and furniture.
* Clean up after late events, including rubbish removal, vacuuming, wiping surfaces and rearranging furniture.
* Support residents with direct requests and be adaptable to ad‐hoc needs.
* Run reports and collate information to prepare for the next business day.
* Serve as an advocate for all services, ensuring residents feel supported and cared for.
Qualifications
* Experience in administration, customer service or a similar multi‐tasking role.
* Valid South Australian Driver's Licence.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Personable and friendly manner with genuine empathy for diverse backgrounds.
* Proactive, solutions‐focused approach with attention to detail.
* Flexibility to pick up ad‐hoc shifts (desirable).
* Hold an acceptable National Police Clearance and comply with relevant vaccination requirements (seasonal influenza and COVID‐19).
