We are a well-established, not-for-profit, community-based centre with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families. Our philosophy centres around nature play, respectful relationships, slow pedagogy, and creating meaningful learning opportunities in an inclusive and nurturing environment.
We're Hiring:
* Qualified Educators – Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
* Trainees – Kickstart your career in Early Childhood Education with on-the-job training and support

We have a large outdoor play space for the children to explore - Join us in shaping confident, curious, and resilient young learners through play, nature, and community.
Experience and Qualifications preferred;
* Diploma or Equivalent qualification or working towards.
* Certificate III in Children's Services or working towards.
* Proof of assessment by ACECQA for all overseas qualifications.
* Current WA Working With Children Check.
* Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Medically fit to work within a childcare environment.
* Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and professional quality care.
* A great work ethic and communication skills with the ability to be proactive and take initiative.
