Insurance Portfolio Manager
This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service and driving business growth.
* Manage a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance accounts, including renewals, policy amendments, and claims management.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive premiums and coverage for clients.
* Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documentation.
* Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Manager in the industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial and SME insurance clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate insurance concepts to clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
* Relevant insurance qualifications are highly desirable.
