The roleAs Chain Social's Junior Paid Search Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. You'll take ownership of SEM campaigns, leveraging your expertise in keyword analysis, competitor research, and conversion rate optimisation to ensure campaigns perform at their best. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‐on execution, from managing budgets and tracking performance to configuring Google Analytics and collaborating with developers to solve technical challenges.
You'll also support client growth by identifying opportunities to improve campaign results, proposing upsells, and delivering actionable insights through monthly reporting and quarterly strategy presentations. Attendance at client WIPs may be required in collaboration with Account Managers and Team Leads, giving you exposure to client strategy and campaign planning at a senior level.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou're a digital marketing professional with 2‐3 years of agency experience, ideally focused on paid search or SEM, and a hands‐on track record managing Google Ads campaigns that deliver measurable results. You're comfortable supporting client accounts, from performance analysis and reporting to strategy recommendations and contributing to quarterly planning or presentations.
You're highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre, with hands‐on experience implementing and optimising conversion rate strategies such as A/B and split testing. Data is your superpower; you turn insights into action with a detail‐oriented, analytical approach to campaign management.
You know your way around PPC tools and SEM best practices, thrive in fast‐paced environments, manage your time effortlessly, and enjoy collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
