Accounts Assistant (Receivable & Payable) – Flexible, Work From Home
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our growing business with accounts receivable and payable tasks.
This is a flexible, remote role suited to someone who enjoys working independently and keeping finances organised.
Hours: Approx. 15–25 hours per week
Location: Work from home (occasional in-person may be helpful but not essential)
Key responsibilities:
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Processing invoices and payments
• Following up outstanding accounts
• Reconciling transactions
• Assisting with general finance administration
• Supporting the team with reporting as required
About you:
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts admin, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using accounting software (e.g. MYOB or similar) Candidates with experience in Jim2 will be highky regarded
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
