This is a key leadership role within the hospital, responsible for ensuring safe, compliant and efficient sterilisation services that directly support patient care and surgical outcomes.This role will suit someone who knows sterilisation inside out, is confident leading people, and understands the importance of compliance, workflow and clear communication in a hospital environment.About the Role As the CSSD Manager, you will oversee the full operation of the sterilising department, ensuring all reusable medical devices are processed in line withAS 5369:2023.
