About The Role

As a Coles Liquor Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing region with 100+ team members across multiple stores, fostering a fun, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
About You And Your Skills
Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+), with success in building high-performing teams and enhancing team effectiveness.
Operational multi-site leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally retail.
Capability to implement business plans and achieve commercial targets, leading to sustained improvements.
Experience in maintaining high store standards and safety for both team members and customers.
Ability to foster a supportive, customer-focused culture that rewards achievement and promotes career development.
