What Your Day Will Look Like….
As a Urologist with Darling Downs Health, your day will be a dynamic blend of hands-on clinical care, surgical procedures, and meaningful collaboration. You'll engage with patients across diverse settings—from hospital wards to rural outreach clinics—delivering expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of urological conditions. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, offering guidance, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of care models that improve outcomes. Whether you're performing surgery, consulting with colleagues, or leading educational sessions, your work will be grounded in compassion, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in regional healthcare.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $368,514 (L18) up to $460,349 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
