Brand Reputation and Employer Brand Manager

This opportunity will see you partnering closely with the Talent Attraction team to create and deliver impactful employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.
You will also support the development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce our market presence and align with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Curate and activate authentic content (video, photography, blogs) for internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with our risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
* Utilise analytics and insights to optimise campaign performance, support the development of a cohesive brand identity, and ensure it resonates with the target audience.
* Collaborate with Business Development teams, Service Line Leaders, and cross-functional teams to align brand efforts with business goals, identifying opportunities to cross-promote content across teams.
* Coordinate and support the delivery of brand campaigns that enhance our market presence, acting as a brand guardian to ensure adherence to our brand identity and global messaging.
