Base salary ranges from $60,130 to $71,199.
Salary calculated on unaveraged conditions (work year round)

About You
St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Worker to undertake general and maintenance work to ensure a clean, orderly and secure environment that enables enhanced student learning outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to:
prioritise and complete allocated work plans in accordance with School/College requirements
assist with cleaning and repairs
plan and organise workflow to accomplish established objectives
follow chemical usage and storage procedures
move items of furniture and classroom supplies around and set up furniture and equipment for sporting and special events
complete daily security routines (including school lockup and setting of alarm system) and safety inspections of grounds and equipment
promote a positive image of the School/College in all interactions
support other teams during peak loads
plan and execute maintenance of the school including gardens, paths, signage etc
undertake minor repairs as required including plastering, painting and basic carpentry
undertake minor repairs or replacements as required, including tap washers, light bulbs, furniture and equipment etc
identify and report any risks to the school leadership team
comply with WHS standards to ensure compliance
use technology and IT systems proficiently
previous experience in a school environment
qualification in relevant trade.
